This quaint town of Highlands, NC is a hidden jewel just two hours north of Atlanta and home to a variety of unique and unusual boutiques which line Main St. Surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest and situated atop a plateau at elevation 4118, the breathtaking views and plethora of outdoor activities make a visit to Highlands the ultimate mountain and shopping experience. |

| What is the difference between 'replicated' and 'knock-off' jewelry? |
A license gives the licensee the official or legal permission to replicate the jewelry. Celebrity Collections sells replicatedted collections of Jacqueline Kennedy, Hollywood Stars and Downton Abbey. Kate Middleton, Princess Diana, Current Hollywood and Famous Designer Collections are inspired replicas of the originals. Each piece of jewelry is replicated through the licensee to the exact dimensions, cut, color and plating as the original piece. |

The are currently no other locations nationally or internationally. |
| How do I care for this jewelry? |
Simply soak your jewelry in a bowl or cup of hot water with a few drops of Woolite detergent. If necessary, use a soft bristled toothbrush to lightly scrub the piece. Rinse and pat dry with a dry clean cloth.
Never use jewelry cleaners with our plated jewelry (it is too abrasive for both the metals and the crystals).
If you use hand lotion ALWAYS REMOVE your jewelry first… the chemicals in the lotion WILL TARNISH the jewelry quickly!

| What is your return policy? |
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, we offer exchanges only. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, returned in the original packaging with the original receipt, unworn and unused. Please contact us at shop@celebritycollectionsjewelry.com or contact us by phone at (828)526-4994 with your item name (appears on your receipt) and a detailed reason for the return.

| Will the stones fall out after I wear the jewelry for awhile? |
It is rare that a stone will ever fall out if you take care of your jewelry. All stones are set just like fine jewelry…not glued. However, occasionally a piece may have a loose prong or other manufacturer defect and a stone may fall out. Simply call us at (828) 526-4994 with the issue and one of our experienced sales associates will be happy to assist you with a satisfactory resolution. (Refer to our return policy above). |
